The Lord Jesus had a very simple but ingenius strategy for "making earth a colony of the kingdom of heaven". This strategy was to disciple twelve men who would go on to be the foundation for the largest organism and organization in the history of the world, which is the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus had multitudes of followers and people that He healed, helped and brought hope to. He also had many, many disciples (Luke 6:17), but He chose from this crowd of discples twelve men (Luke 6:12-6) who would be with Him and whom He would send out to preach (Mark 3:13-19) and eventually be given the assignment to make disciples of all nations or literally, all people (Matthew 28:17-20).
Our ministry exists in order to fulfill this "Supreme Commission" given by the Lord Jesus Christ in Matt 28:17-20. A close reading of Matthew 28:17-20 reveals that Jesus didn't just die for people to be saved...He died for people to be "discipled". As we look at Isaiah 54:13, in the Ampliefied Version, we find that God fortold us that the church age would be the age of discipleship! The great prophet Isaiah predicted that: "All of your spiritual children shall be disciples taught of the Lord and great shall be the peace and undisturbed compsure of them". Through Isaiah's prediction we discover that it is the will of God that every Christian be discipled for the Lord Jesus Christ. The Principle of Twelve vision seeks to Win the lost to Christ, Consolidate (connect to Christ and the local church and mend their hurts) those who are found, Disciple (or train) Christians to be leaders in the Kingdom of God and Send these disciples or leaders out to make other disciples who Win, Consolidate, Disciple and Send, till the world is won to Christ!
Because disciples are leaders, we believe that every believer then must be trained to be a leader. The Principle of 12 Strategy forms leaders of character who have been shown their God given purpose in life and who can successfully disciple others in a God-honoring way. We train Christians to become Family Life Cell Group leaders through "open cell groups" and leaders of cell group leaders through the Principle of Twelve Cell Group.
We provide three 12-week sessions of effective leadership training to develop and encourage individuals to lead Family Life Cell Groups which are designed to evangelize the lost, edify new believers, enjoy fellowship and, of course, eat God's Word! We form these leaders into men and women of God with godly character. We teach and train believers on how to give excellent care and attention to all people who come into the Kingdom of God. As these leaders open their homes for cell ministry they are bringing into their homes the blessing of God, just as Obed-edom did in 2 Samuel 6:11-12. Many of these leaders will respond to the "five-fold" ministry call and go on to become apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers in the body of Christ. However the vast majority of them will continue in whatever occupation, career or station in life that they previously occupied (with their lives, families and businesses being exceedinly blessed) as they simply develop twelve other men or women and form a team that seeks to raise us "successive generations" of disciples, causing a multiplication affect to occur. We believe that Jesus gave us an example of discipling twelve. As this occurs, these leaders will simply help these twelve to disciple twelve others. That becomes each leaders life mission.
The Principle of 12 Strategy takes place in the church, the home, the school, the office, and the community. The Principle of 12 Strategy takes place every day of the week:
In the classroom, for instruction and training.
In the community, where we reach out to others through evangelism.
In the home and on the job, where Family Life Cell Groups and Principle of Twelve Groups
meet.
In the church service, where believers are enlightened, encouraged and enjoy God's awesome,
anointed presence and power.

Below, we have placed four different lapel pins.
Each pin represents a different level of achievment in The Principle of 12 Strategy.
Winning - This is where we present the gospel of the Kingdom that the Lord Jesus preached in order to carry out the Supreme (or Great) Commission to connect pre-Christians to the Lord Jesus Christ. Once a disciple has entered the School of Disciple Makers, they receive a Silver Pin, indicating that they are a disciple maker in training.
Consolidating - This involves strengthening the faith of new believers and helping them with their first steps into Christian living through effective follow-up appointements and The Pre-Encounter, Encounter and Post Encounter Bible Studies. The new Christian learns the assurance of thier salvation and how to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit! Once a Disciple has completed the School of Disciple Makers and is prepared to open a new cell they are commissioned as a cell leader. During their Commission Service they receive a Green Pin, indicating that they are a Family Life Cell Group Leader.
Discipling - This refers to spiritual training or "disciplship" in order to teach Christians how to live as "colonist" in the Kingdom of God through the constructs of the Christian Faith and providing the tools that prepare Christians to be ambassadors for the Kingdom of God. This ongoing process occurs both in "Family Life Cell Groups" and through the School of Disciple Makers. Once a Disciple has had their cell to multiply at least once, this disciple receives a Blue Pin, indicating that they are now a Principle of Twelve Leader.
Sending - This final phase for The Principle of Twelve Discipleship Strategy inculcates the supernatural power of multiplication! Now that participants have been fully trained, discipled or colonized, they are publicly commissioned before the church to go back into the community to connect others to Christ in salvation and to encourage others to become Champions for Christ through discipleship. Once a disciple has multiplied their cell 12 times, they recieve a Gold Pin, indicating that they are now a Principle of Twelve Director. As a Principle of Twelve Director, the disciples' main focus is monitoring, mentoring and making successful the disciples or Family Life Cell Leaders under them.
We believe that the next great move of God here in America and around the world will be through churches that return to an emphasis on the words of the Lord Jesus found in Matthew 28:19-20: "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. 
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
